§ 302.005. GOVERNING AUTHORITY. (a) A professional association shall be governed by: (1) a board of directors; or (2) an executive committee. (b) The governing authority of a professional association shall be elected by the members of the association. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
