§ 4.054. DELAYED EFFECTIVENESS ON FUTURE EVENT OR FACT. A filing instrument that is to take effect on the occurrence of a future event or fact, other than the passage of time, and for which the statement required by Section 4.055 is filed within the prescribed time, takes effect on the date and time at which the last specified event or fact occurs or the date and time at which a condition is satisfied or waived. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
