§ 4.104. FILING CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION. The certificate of correction shall be filed with and acted on by the secretary of state as provided by Subchapter A. On filing, the secretary of state shall deliver to the entity or its representative an acknowledgment of the filing. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
