§ 4.106. AMENDMENT OF FILINGS. A filing instrument that an entity files with the secretary of state may be amended or supplemented to the extent permitted by the provisions of this code that apply to that entity. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
