§ 4.154. FILING FEES: LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES. For a filing by or for a limited liability company, the secretary of state shall impose the same fee as the filing fee for a similar instrument under Section 4.152. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
