§ 4.156. FILING FEES: PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS. For a filing by or for a professional association, the secretary of state shall impose the following fees: (1) for filing a certificate of formation or an application for registration as a foreign professional association, $750; (2) for filing an annual statement, $35; and (3) for filing any other instrument, the fee provided for the filing of a similar instrument under Section 4.152. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
