§ 4.161. FILING FEES: COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATIONS. For a filing by or for a cooperative association, the secretary of state shall impose the same fee as the filing fee for a similar instrument under Section 4.153. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 64, § 13, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
