§ 5.060. NAME OF PROFESSIONAL ENTITY; CONFLICTS WITH OTHER LAW OR ETHICAL RULE. The name of a professional entity must not be contrary to a statute or regulation that governs a person who provides a professional service through the professional entity, including a rule of professional ethics. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
