§ 5.061. NAME CONTAINING "LOTTO" OR "LOTTERY" PROHIBITED. A filing entity or a foreign filing entity may not have a name that contains the word "lotto" or "lottery." Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
