§ 5.104. DURATION OF RESERVATION OF NAME. The secretary of state shall reserve the name for the applicant until the earlier of: (1) the 121st day after the date the application is accepted for filing; or (2) the date the applicant files with the secretary of state a written notice of withdrawal of the reservation. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
