§ 5.1041. PROHIBITION ON FEE FOR WITHDRAWAL OF RESERVATION OF NAME. The secretary of state may not impose a fee for the filing of a written notice of withdrawal of a reservation of name. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 64, § 15, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
