§ 5.154. DURATION OF REGISTRATION OF NAME. The registration of a name under this subchapter is effective until the earlier of: (1) the first anniversary of the date the application is accepted for filing; or (2) the date the entity files with the secretary of state a written notice of withdrawal of the registration. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
