§ 6.153. VOTING OF INTERESTS OWNED BY ANOTHER ENTITY. An ownership interest in an entity owned by another entity, whether a domestic or foreign entity, may be voted by the officer, agent, or proxy as authorized by: (1) the governing documents of the entity that owns the interest; or (2) the governing authority of the entity that owns the interest, if the governing documents do not provide for the manner of voting. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
