§ 6.156. VOTING OF PLEDGED INTERESTS. A pledged ownership interest may be voted by: (1) the owner of the pledged interest until the interest is transferred into the pledgee's name; and (2) the pledgee after the pledged interest is transferred into the pledgee's name. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
