§ 8.004. LIMITATIONS IN CHAPTER. Except as provided in Section 8.151, a provision for an enterprise to indemnify or advance expenses to a governing person is valid only to the extent it is consistent with this chapter. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
