§ 8.106. PERMISSIVE INDEMNIFICATION OF AND REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES TO WITNESSES. Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, an enterprise may pay or reimburse reasonable expenses incurred by a governing person, officer, employee, agent, delegate, or other person in connection with that person's appearance as a witness or other participation in a proceeding at a time when the person is not a respondent in the proceeding. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
