§ 9.054. LATE FILING FEE. The secretary of state may collect from a foreign filing entity a late filing fee equal to the registration fee for the entity for each year of delinquency if the entity has transacted business in this state for more than 90 days. The secretary may condition the effectiveness of a registration on the payment of the late filing fee. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
