§ 9.055. REQUIREMENTS OF OTHER LAW. This chapter does not excuse a foreign entity from complying with duties imposed under other law, including other chapters of this code, relating to filing or registration requirements. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
