§ 9.162. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER TO FOREIGN LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIPS. This subchapter applies to a partnership registered as a foreign limited liability partnership to the same extent as it applies to a foreign filing entity. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 64, § 31, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
