§ 9.201. BUSINESS OF FOREIGN ENTITY. A foreign entity may not conduct in this state a business or activity that is not permitted by this code to be transacted by the domestic entity to which it most closely corresponds, unless other law of this state authorizes the entity to conduct the business or activity. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
