§ 9.202. RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES. A foreign nonfiling entity or a foreign filing entity registered under this chapter enjoys the same but no greater rights and privileges as the domestic entity to which it most closely corresponds. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
