§ 1.101. SHORT TITLES. (a) This title may be cited as the Uniform Commercial Code. (b) This chapter may be cited as Uniform Commercial Code--General Provisions. Amended by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 542, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
