§ 19.42. RENOVATION OR ADDITIONAL SPACE. A supplier may
not require as a condition of renewal or extension of a dealer
agreement that a dealer complete substantial renovation of the
dealer's place of business or acquire new or additional space to
serve as the dealer's place of business, unless the supplier:
(1) gives the dealer one year's written notice of the
requirement, stating all grounds for the requirement; and
(2) provides the dealer a reasonable time to complete
the renovation or acquisition.
