§ 35.27. DEFINITIONS. In Sections 35.28-35.33 of this
code, unless the context requires a different definition,
(1) "goods" means all things which are treated as
movable for the purposes of a contract of storage or
transportation;
(2) "issue" includes aiding in the issue of;
(3) "warehouseman" means a person engaged in the
business of storing goods for hire; and
(4) "warehouse receipt" means a receipt issued by a
person engaged in the business of storing goods for hire.
