§ 36.26. CRIMINAL PENALTY--GENERAL VIOLATION.  (a) A 
person conducting business or rendering a professional service in 
this state under an assumed name who intentionally violates a 
provision of this chapter commits an offense.
	(b)  An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
