§ 38.055. CERTAIN NONPROFIT AND EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS. This chapter does not apply to an educational institution or organization or a nonprofit organization exempt from taxation under Section 501(c)(3), Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
