§ 38.106. UPDATE ADDENDUM REQUIRED. (a) A seller shall file with the secretary of state an addendum for each quarter after the effective date of the registration providing the required registration information for each salesperson who is soliciting or has solicited on behalf of the seller during the preceding quarter. (b) A seller may comply with Subsection (a) by providing a copy of the "Employer's Quarterly Report" for employee wages the seller files with the Texas Workforce Commission. (c) In addition to the quarterly addendum, if a material change in information submitted in a registration statement, other than the information described by Subsection (a), occurs before the date for renewal, a seller shall submit that information to the secretary of state by filing an addendum.
