§ 38.203. REFERENCE TO COMPLIANCE WITH STATUTE PROHIBITED. A seller may not make or authorize the making of a reference to its compliance with this chapter to a purchaser. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, § 2, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
