§ 38.251. VIOLATION OF CHAPTER.  (a) A person commits an 
offense if the person knowingly violates Section 38.101, 38.106, 
38.201, 38.202, or 38.203.  Each violation constitutes a separate 
offense.
	(b)  An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
