§ 38.252. SALESPERSON FOR UNREGISTERED SELLER.  (a) A 
person commits an offense if the person knowingly acts as a 
salesperson on behalf of a seller who violates the registration 
requirements of this chapter.  Each violation constitutes a 
separate offense.
	(b)  An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
