§ 38.301. INJUNCTION. (a) The attorney general may bring suit to enjoin a person from violating this chapter. (b) The attorney general shall notify the defendant of the alleged prohibited conduct not later than the seventh day before the date the suit is filed except that if the attorney general intends to request that the court issue a temporary restraining order notice is not required. (c) The attorney general is entitled to recover all reasonable costs of prosecuting the case, including court costs and costs of investigation, depositions, witness fees, and attorney's fees.
