§ 40.095. RECORDS AVAILABLE TO ATTORNEY GENERAL. The records required under this subchapter shall be made available to the attorney general not later than the 30th day after the date on which a written request for the records is received. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, § 4, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
