§ 40.122. DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICE. A violation of this chapter is a deceptive trade practice in addition to the practices described by Subchapter E, Chapter 17, and is actionable under that subchapter. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, § 4, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
