§ 41.007. FILING FEE. The secretary of state may charge a reasonable fee to cover the costs incurred as a result of a filing required by Subchapter B or Section 41.004 or 41.251. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, § 5, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
