§ 44.202. REPORT BY ATTORNEY GENERAL. Before December 31
of each even-numbered year, the attorney general shall submit a
report to the lieutenant governor and speaker of the house of
representatives. The report must contain for the two-year period
ending August 31 of the year of the report:
(1) a list of complaints received by the attorney
general concerning activities regulated by this chapter, itemized
by type;
(2) a summary of any enforcement efforts made by the
attorney general; and
(3) the attorney general's recommendations for any
changes in this chapter.
