§ 46.010. BLOCKING OF COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MAIL MESSAGE. An electronic mail service provider may on its own initiative block the receipt or transmission through its service of any commercial electronic mail message that the provider reasonably believes is or will be sent in violation of this chapter if the provider: (1) provides a process for the prompt, good faith resolution of disputes related to the blocking with senders of commercial electronic mail messages; and (2) makes contact information publicly accessible on its Internet website for the purpose of dispute resolution.
