§ 155.002. COMMITTEE. The administrative judge of each
judicial district shall appoint a committee of attorneys and lay
persons to effectuate each settlement week. The committee may
include the director of any established mediation or alternative
dispute resolution center in the county and the chairperson of the
local bar association's committee on alternative dispute
resolution.
