§ 36.008. OTHER FOREIGN COUNTRY JUDGMENTS. This chapter does not prevent the recognition of a foreign country judgment in a situation not covered by this chapter. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 959, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
