Art. 11.54. [166] [214] [204] COURT MAY GRANT NECESSARY ORDERS. The court or judge granting a writ of habeas corpus may grant all necessary orders to bring before him the testimony taken before the examining court, and may issue process to enforce the attendance of witnesses.
