Art. 11.62. [174] [222] [212] REFUSAL TO GIVE COPY OF 
PROCESS.  Any jailer, sheriff or other officer who has a prisoner 
in his custody and refuses, upon demand, to furnish a copy of the 
process under which he holds the person, is guilty of an offense, 
and shall be dealt with as provided in Article 11.34 of this Code 
for refusal to return the writ therein required.
