Art. 13.12. [204] [252] [241] FALSE IMPRISONMENT AND KIDNAPPING. Venue for false imprisonment and kidnapping is in either the county in which the offense was committed, or in any county through, into or out of which the person falsely imprisoned or kidnapped may have been taken.
