Art. 13.13. [205] [253] [242] CONSPIRACY. Criminal
conspiracy may be prosecuted in the county where the conspiracy was
entered into, in the county where the conspiracy was agreed to be
executed, or in any county in which one or more of the conspirators
does any act to effect an object of the conspiracy. If a conspiracy
was entered into outside this State under circumstances that give
this State jurisdiction to prosecute the offender, the offender may
be prosecuted in the county where the conspiracy was agreed to be
executed, or in the county where any one of the conspirators was
found, or in Travis County.
