Art. 13.14. [206] BIGAMY. Bigamy may be prosecuted: (1) in the county where the bigamous marriage occurred; (2) in any county in this State in which the parties to such bigamous marriage may live or cohabit together as man and wife; or (3) in any county in this State in which a party to the bigamous marriage not charged with the offense resides.
