Art. 13.16. CRIMINAL NONSUPPORT. Criminal nonsupport may be prosecuted in the county where the offended spouse or child is residing at the time the information or indictment is presented. Amended by Acts 1973, 63rd Leg., p. 978, ch. 399, Sec. 2(C), eff. Jan. 1, 1974.
