Art. 13.26. TELECOMMUNICATIONS CRIMES. An offense under Chapter 33A, Penal Code, may be prosecuted in the county in which the telecommunications service originated or terminated or in the county to which the bill for the telecommunications service was or would have been delivered. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 306, Sec. 5, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
