Art. 13.27. SIMULATING LEGAL PROCESS. An offense under Section 32.46, 32.48, 32.49, or 37.13, Penal Code, may be prosecuted either in the county from which any material document was sent or in the county in which it was delivered. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 189, Sec. 12, eff. May 21, 1997. Renumbered from Vernon's Ann.C.C.P. art. 13.26 by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 62, Sec. 19.01(6), eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
