Art. 17.45. CONDITIONS REQUIRING AIDS AND HIV 
INSTRUCTION.  A magistrate may require as a condition of bond that 
a defendant charged with an offense under Section 43.02, Penal 
Code, receive counseling or education, or both, relating to 
acquired immune deficiency syndrome or human immunodeficiency 
virus.
