Art. 19.15. [346] [397] [385] RETURN OF OFFICER.  The 
officer executing such summons shall return the list on the day on 
which the grand jury is to be impaneled, with a certificate thereon 
of the date and manner of service upon each juror.  If any of said 
jurors have not been summoned, he shall also state in his 
certificate the reason why they have not been summoned.
