Art. 19.24. [355] [406] [394] QUALIFIED JUROR ACCEPTED. When, by the answer of the person, it appears to the court that he is a qualified juror, he shall be accepted as such, unless it be shown that he is not of sound mind or of good moral character, or unless it be shown that he is in fact not qualified to serve as a grand juror.
