Art. 19.31. [362] [413] [401] CHALLENGE TO JUROR. A challenge to a particular grand juror may be made orally for the following causes only: 1. That he is not a qualified juror; and 2. That he is the prosecutor upon an accusation against the person making the challenge. Acts 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, ch. 722, eff. Jan. 1, 1966.
